Flu Season Protocol For Every Household

Isopropyl Alcohol
Spray Bottle and Microfiber Cloth

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, TLC Home Services LLC will be implementing a new protocol. This protocol will be used throughout the duration of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We will resume this protocol at the start of every Flu Season. The protocol involves using a solution that contains no less than 60% Isopropyl Alcohol. This is to disinfect areas such as handles, faucets, light switches, and all other nonporous surfaces, etc. after all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned.

To mix your Alcohol Solution, take a clean, dry 16 oz spray bottle and 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. Pour 15 oz alcohol and 1 oz water into the spray bottle. The equation is actually 14.4 oz to 1.12 oz, but really, it’s much easier to round it off! Remember it has to be no less than 60% alcohol! Spray the solution onto a clean microfiber cloth and use it on all points of contact to kill the viruses. This solution dries quickly.

TLC has chosen to use the alcohol solution vs the bleach solution or other EPA registered Antimicrobial products. Most households use cleaning products once to twice a week. Our employees are exposed to cleaning products all day, every day throughout the year. Bleach and other household cleaners can cause respiratory issues with prolonged use. Therefore we try our best to make the safest choices for our employees and our customers!
