T.L.C. Home Services LLC is bonded and insured as we are a legitimate company that pays taxes.  We are also registered with the town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts.  We have a reputation to maintain.  This means that if a cleaning job isn’t done to your satisfaction, you can take the issue up with the company and we will send a member of our management out immediately to take care of the issue!

Many individuals also run their own cleaning businesses but most often are not bonded, insured or registered in their town. They often want to be paid in cash or by personal check and normally are under the table. Their rates are typically lower than a company.  Their ability can be equal to that of a company but there is little recourse for a homeowner if a job isn’t completely done to your satisfaction, especially if the cleaner chooses to shut down his or her operation. There’s also a concern if an individual cleaner gets ill or has a personal emergency. Companies typically have backups available.

The towns we service in Massachusetts are Wales, Holland, Sturbridge, Southbridge, Dudley, Webster, Auburn, Oxford, Charlton, Paxton,   Leicester,  Spencer, North Brookfield, East  Brookfield, Brookfield, Brimfield, Warren, Worcester, West Brookfield,  Grafton, Millbury, and Sutton.

In Connecticut, we service Woodstock, Union, and Thompson.

Every client is assigned a cleaning specialist.  We are flexible with days and times to fit your needs.  The cleaning specialist is accompanied by a supervisor or staff leader on the initial visit unless they are more experienced.  If that assigned cleaning specialist goes on to other things, the person in management would then take care of your home until another cleaning specialist is available! Our goal is that your service never gets canceled.

Our clients never have to feel stressed and frustrated over whether they have all the cleaning products on hand. T.L.C. Home Services LLC supplies all the cleaning products, mopping system, and vacuums!  We use  organic plant-based cleaners from Melaleuca, Shaklee and our home remedies.  Our company vacuums are equipped with two HEPA filters.  The vacuums filters are changed each week and are fully maintenance each month to deliver top performance.
