Home cleaning Services

There are many reasons why people use home cleaning services. Whatever your reason is, we can meet your needs! Our services include weekly, bi-week, monthly, Spring/Fall, one-time, in/out cleanings. We also offer gift certificates for special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, Mother’s Day, anniversaries, and so much more! With our gift certificates, you can give the gift of time to those you love. Whatever the occasion or the need, TLC Home Services LLC will deliver professional service!

Our staff at TLC Home Services LLC has been extensively trained to provide quality cleaning. Customer service is almost a lost art. Our staff is very personable and respectful. They desire to make sure you are 100% happy!

Every client is assigned a cleaning techs. We are flexible with days and times to fit your needs. The cleaning tech is accompanied by a supervisor or staff leader on the initial visit unless they are more experienced. If that assigned cleaning specialist goes on to other things, the person in management would then take care of your home until another cleaning tech is available! Our goal is that your service never gets canceled.

Our clients never have to feel stressed and frustrated over whether they have all the cleaning products on hand. TLC Home Services LLC supplies all the cleaning products and our mopping system! We use organic plant-based cleaners from Melaleuca, Shaklee and our home remedies.

Deluxe Cleaning

This cleaning package is what our cleaning techs do on your first time clean. It can be booked as a one-time clean, move in/out clean, or to begin a recurring service. Either way, your home will sparkle from top to bottom and will allow us to maintain your home beautifully by performing regular cleanings which will take less time and cost less!

All Rooms

  • Disinfect all door knobs and light switch plates
  • Lamp shades dusted
  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed including under cushions
  • Pictures/mirrors cleaned
  • Trash emptied
  • Stairs (Vacuumed and/or Dusted)
  • Wash all woodwork (baseboards, doors, banister and spindles of staircase, window & door casings)
  • Dusting/polishing furniture & décor
  • Tidying
  • Light dusting blinds
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures washed (globes are not removed)
  • Spot clean glass on sliders/French doors
  • Cobweb removal
  • Floors vacuumed/mopped

Kitchen

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned (including inside glass of toaster oven)
  • Refrigerator top cleaned (if not cluttered)
  • Clean & disinfect countertops, sinks & backsplash
  • Cabinet/drawers exterior washed
  • Clean & degrease stovetop and outside stove hood
  • Microwave exterior and interior cleaned
  • Clean & disinfect inside/outside of trash bins
  • Furniture dusted
  • Dusting/polishing furniture & décor
  • Wash all woodwork (baseboards, doors, window & door casings)
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures washed (globes not removed)
  • Vacuuming & mopping

Bathroom

  • Vanity exterior washed
  • Clean & disinfect sink & countertop
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean & disinfect toilet including surrounding area
  • Towels neatly folded/hung
  • Clean & sanitize bathtub & shower including shower doors
  • Scrub soap dishes, shower caddy, toothbrush holders & other accessories
  • Clean & sanitize towel racks & toilet paper holders
  • Vacuuming & mopping
  • Wash all woodwork (baseboards, doors, window & door casings)
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures washed (globes are not removed)
  • Vacuum vents
  • Dusting/polishing furniture & dusting décor

Bedroom

  • Bed Made
  • Dusting/polishing furniture & dusting décor
  • Vacuuming & mopping

Maintenance Cleaning

Once we have thoroughly deep cleaned your home, this is the service you will receive on a recurring basis to keep your home beautifully maintained! Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options are available!
